CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
We’re committed to providing superior quality services to our customers and restaurants. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service with our member restaurants and patrons, customers are encouraged to cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor at least 30 minutes in advance on the day of the reservation. If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, the reservation will be forfeited.
SERVICE CHARGES AND OTHER POLICIES
All parties of 7 or more will be subject to a charge of 18% automatic gratuity added to the pre-tax total.
